Trading cards featuring the stars of professional soccer’s K League will be released. The Korea Professional Football League announced today that it has signed an agreement with global sports card company Panini. The agreement makes Panini the official trading card and sticker manufacturer of the K League .Through Panini, the professional league will release a variety of K League cards, ranging from entry-level collections to limited edition collections for card collectors. Collectors will be able to find autographed cards of key players playing in the K League this season, including Sejingya (Daegu), Baek Seung-ho (Jeonbuk), Lee Seung-woo (Suwon FC), 스포츠토토존 and Cho Hyun-woo (Ulsan), as well as autographed cards of K League legends such as Choi Sun-ho, Hong Myung-bo, Shin Tae-yong, and Lee Dong-guk, who were selected as the first inductees into the K League Hall of Fame for its 40th anniversary .Panini is a sports card company with more than 60 years of experience .It has produced officially licensed cards and sticker albums for the world’s most popular sports, including the FIFA World Cup, English Premier League (EPL), Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A, and National Basketball Association (NBA).Panini’s official K League trading cards will be released and available for purchase later this month.
