On October 28, Kia held the Tiger Family Hanmadang event, a fan appreciation event, at the Gwangju-Kia Champions Field.
During the event, a high-five ceremony was held between fans and the team, and some players allegedly made inappropriate comments to fans.
On the 30th, KIA released an apology on the team’s social media account, signed by team president Shim Jae-hak.
