The presidential office did not make a separate position regarding the arrest of Choi Eun-soon, the mother-in-law of Yoon Suk Yeol’s president, in the appellate court.
An official from the presidential office said, “In principle, it is not to state its position in the judiciary ruling.”
Another official said, “What position will there be in the court ruling?” and added, “In the future, we will fight well legally and receive a Supreme Court ruling.”
